2. Eligibility

To use Mentor At Home, you must:

• For users under 18: Have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Subscription prices range from ₹100 to ₹1,000 per month depending on the vertical and features selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay/Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• All fees are in INR unless otherwise stated

5.3 Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the platform
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

6.2 Academic Integrity

You agree to use our test and quiz features honestly. Cheating, sharing answers, or other dishonest behavior may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on Mentor At Home (MCQs, study materials, videos, tests, designs, trademarks, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7.3 User Content

Content you create (notes, saved materials) remains yours. By using the platform, you grant us a license to store and display this content as needed to provide our services.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee:

• Success in exams or job placements
• Specific learning outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of all content

8.2 As-Is Service

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentor At Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentor At Home, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting paid subscriptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
