What is Mentor At Home?
Mentor At Home is a comprehensive EdTech platform providing educational services across multiple verticals: Government Exam Preparation (UPSC, SSC, Banking, Teaching, Defense), School Education, Private Job Training, Skill Development, and Career Counseling.
Is Mentor At Home free to use?
We offer a freemium model. You can access limited content for free, including practice questions and basic features. Premium subscriptions (₹100-₹1000/month) unlock full access to all content, tests, notes, and advanced features.
Which exams does Mentor At Home cover?
Currently, we are building our Government Exam vertical covering UPSC, SSC, Banking, Teaching, and Defense exams. School education and other verticals are in our roadmap.
Account & Authentication
How do I create an account?
You can sign up using email/password or Google Sign-In. Simply click "Sign Up" and follow the registration process.
I signed up with Google - can I login with email/password?
No, Google accounts don't have a password. You must use "Continue with Google" to sign in if you registered via Google OAuth.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a password reset link.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email from your account settings after logging in.

What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer Free, Premium (₹100-₹1000/month), and Enterprise tiers. Premium includes full content access, unlimited tests, analytics, and priority support.
How do I subscribe to a premium plan?
Log in to your account, go to Pricing page, select your plan, and complete payment through our secure Razorpay/Stripe gateway.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets through Razorpay and Stripe.

We are building a database of 10,000+ MCQ practice questions across all exam categories, with more being added regularly.
Do you provide explanations for answers?
Yes, every MCQ comes with detailed explanations to help you understand the concept behind each answer.
Can I track my progress?
Yes, premium users get access to detailed performance analytics, including test scores, weak areas, and progress tracking.
Is content available offline?
We're working on offline functionality. Currently, you need an internet connection to access content.
Do you support multiple languages?
Currently, content is primarily in English and Hindi. We're working on adding support for more Indian languages.
