  • Log in to your account and go to Settings → Subscriptions
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges will occur after cancellation

2. Refund Policy

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new subscriptions:

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • No questions asked
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

2.2 Refunds Not Available For

  • Partial months or unused portions after 7 days
  • Accounts with policy violations
  • Enterprise custom agreements (separate terms apply)
